A man attacked in the old town of Vilnius lost 1.7 thousand. euros and telephone.
According to the Vilnius County Police, a report of a 36-year-old man was received on Sunday.
He reported that on Saturday night, from 3 a.m. 30 minutes until 4 o’clock 30 min., on Vilniaus Street, an unknown person(s) attacked him and stole 1.7 thousand. euros and a Samsung Galaxy A50 mobile phone.
Loss – 1.8 thousand. euros.
A preliminary investigation into the robbery has been launched.
A person who steals someone else’s property by using physical violence or threatening to use it immediately or by otherwise depriving the victim of the opportunity to resist, shall be punished by arrest or imprisonment for up to six years.
