The manor is her favorite place in Lithuania, to which the woman rushes whenever time and work allow. R.Karosienė created this place out of love and calls it a family home. In a remote place, on the shore of a lake, all relatives from different corners of the world gather.

“We have a wonderful garden with apple trees and fruit trees. Seasonal goods, berries in the garden. As a supporter of natural food, organic vegetables and fruits from my garden are very important to me. That’s why even today, I collected milk from my field and mashed it with honey – it’s a vitamin charge”, – to the news portal lrytas.lt said Reda.

Work in a large estate – even if you take a cart. Although the woman has helpers here, she also likes to dip her hands in the ground herself – planting flowers and tending the garden.

“It’s such a pleasure, a real meditation. So upon arrival, the eye is always pleased with the perfectly arranged environment. It’s really a lot of work, but the result pays off. My favorite place is time on the beach watching sunsets. Then nature calms down, I hear birds chirping, I smell wonderful scents, I see the colors of the evening, I bathe before going to bed. This is my paradise,” said Reda.

The woman thought that she would not be able to live in the hustle and bustle of the big city for a long time. Nature is the most important home for her.

“This is my energy charge. I absorb all the smells and colors of nature. There is no bad weather for me, I like all seasons, I feel energies.

In addition, I like to walk barefoot, swim in the sea or lake all year round – it’s an unreal feeling. After getting out of the water, I feel energized all day.

Nature grounds, soothes, recharges. I really enjoy watching its beauty in the details – they are true masterpieces. Colors, shapes – no artist would be able to reproduce it. All my ideas are born in the peace of nature. That time is as necessary for me as air and water – I always find time for that,” she said.

She mentioned water bodies for a reason. In the cold season, R.Karosienė rushes to her house in Spain near the sea.

“Depending on where I am at the time, I run or jog 5-10 kilometers every day. Living near water is very important to me. Bathing and swimming have a special place for me. This is how my body and soul recover,” said Reda.

Reda enjoys the energy of the forest. For some time now, she has been digging and learning about plants, essential oils, formulations and active ingredients.

“A drop of essential oil is the soul of a plant, intended to help a person in case of illness or ailment. It has been used in folk medicine since time immemorial, it’s a pity that at the moment everyone has forgotten it,” said Reda.

R.Karosienė graduated in aromatherapy at the French Academy in Provence. This science involved her so much that the woman continues to delve into the benefits of nature.

“I save my family from various viruses or ailments with my prepared essential oil mixtures. Professionally selected, they have great power,” said Reda with conviction.

Currently, together with a team of like-minded people, she has released a new product called Natural Luxury. These are candles and car fragrances with natural essential oils.

“The products have already attracted great interest in Lithuania, France, and Dubai. I really believe in the power of nature in our everyday life”, the woman was happy.

Reda considered that there is an actual problem in Lithuania – ticks. In her estate in Molėtai, she has taken care of protection against them, in addition, almost all her relatives have been vaccinated against tick-borne encephalitis.

“I think this is really important because there are a lot of ticks in the surrounding woods or meadows where we all like to hang out,” said Reda.
