The investment management company Eika Asset Management is establishing a new closed-end fund Eika Private Equity Secondaries Fund I for investing in the alternative collective investment entity StepStone Secondary Opportunities Fund V Europe Holdings registered in Luxembourg.
One of the reasons for the fall of such a fund is the company’s desire to create a wider selection of funds, the company said.
A new fund for informed investors. The fund will give investors the opportunity to invest in only the most interesting participants of the international level, whose historical data show excellent results, said Viktorija Orkin, general director of Eika Asset Managemet, in a statement.
According to her, the data collected by the company on the private capital market gives the holding established in Luxembourg a significant advantage in the secondary transaction market.
After the Bank of Lithuania approved the establishment of the fund, it became the fifth investment fund managed by Eika Asset Management.
