Alytus city municipality is selling the rights of a shareholder of the public institution Alytus Business Consulting Center, which it owns, by means of a public auction.

The amount of capital of the shareholders of the public institution Alytus Business Consulting Center is EUR 666.15.
The number of participants of the public institution Alytus Business Consulting Center is 10.
The number of votes held by the municipality of Alytus at the general meeting of shareholders is 2.
The initial sale price of the shareholder rights to be sold, which corresponds to the value of the Alytus City Municipality’s contribution to the shareholders’ capital of the public institution Alytus Business Consulting Center, is EUR 289.62.
Auctioneer: The commission for the sale of the rights of a shareholder (owner) of public institutions at a public auction, established by the decree of the mayor of the city of Alytus on 04/23/2024 no. M-155 “On the establishment of the commission for the sale of shareholder (owner) rights of public institutions at a public auction and the approval of its work regulations”.
The minimum price increase interval is EUR 5.00.
Registration of auction participants is carried out on 05/20/2024 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. In the municipality of Alytus, Rotušės a. 4, LT-62504 Alytus.
When registering as an auction participant, a natural person indicates the name, surname, name and number of the document confirming personal identity, legal person – name, code, address of the registered office and the name, surname, name and number of the document confirming personal identity of the manager or authorized representative. A registered auctioneer is issued an auctioneer’s ticket, which includes the auctioneer’s number. The auctioneer must present the auctioneer’s ticket and a personal identification document upon arrival at the auction.
