The Lithuanian men’s ice hockey team beat the Spaniards at the beginning of the world championship

Finally, during the rest of the time, both teams did not score any more goals and the Lithuanian national ice hockey team celebrated the victory.

The Chinese national team also won 3:0 in the first match, which defeated the Dutch ice hockey players.

Before the championship itself, the player of the Lithuanian men’s ice hockey team also spoke about the responsibility when it is played in Vilnius.

“We will have some younger players. As veterans, we will have to calm them down, but when you go out on the ice, the excitement is always gone.

The responsibility is definitely greater, but it is also to our benefit, we hope that the spectators will gather in the arena, become our sixth player and everything will be fine”, reasoned P. Gintautas.

In the control match, the Lithuanians defeated the Estonians 3:1 and fell to the Ukrainians 2:5.
