The customer service department of “Sodras” has been closed since Tuesday in Vilnius, North Town.
“Following the decreasing flow of visitors, we decided to centralize customer service in the renovated customer reception in Vilnius, located at Laisvės prospekt 28. Centralized customer service allows for more efficient planning of work processes, faster and more convenient provision of services,” Sodra informed BNS.
As informed by the institution, customers of “Sodra” are also welcome at the branch located at Pramonės gatvė 99. The latter is usually used by residents of more remote districts of Vilnius and surrounding areas.
It is emphasized that priority is given to pre-registered customers at Sodra’s customer receptions.
All services provided by “Sodra” can also be accessed by logging into a personal account.
