Piletilevi Group buys controlling stakes in two Polish ticketing companies – kicket and Biletomat. The joint venture will become the second largest in the Polish market, and the Piletilevi Group will be the largest ticketing company in Central Europe, brokering nearly 320 million tickets. euros per year.

According to Piletilevi Group co-owner and CEO Sven Nuutmann, Piletilevi Group is buying well-known Polish market players kicket.com and Biletomat.pl. “After the transaction, Piletilevi Group will own 77% of shares of these companies, and until 2026 our share will increase to 83.8 percent,” said S. According to Nuutmann, the technological level of the sales platform of the acquired Polish companies is very good, and this will also speed up the completion of the new Piletilevi Goup platform, in which the company has invested almost six million euros.
