Almost every fourth German has at least one tattoo, and the number of tattooed young people is even higher. A tattoo show was held in Dortmund, where a new trend is noticed – joint tattoos of parents and children.
Mother Corinna Engel and daughter Chiara decided to get a family tattoo. For this, mother and daughter went to the Dortmund Tattoo Fair, where Germans already offer such a service.
“We have a close relationship with each other. From the very beginning, we experienced many things together, vacationed a lot together, shared a lot of free time, shared many interests,” said mother C. Engel.
Women chose a combination of the sun and the moon. This is the daughter’s second tattoo, the mother’s first. Trends show that more and more older people are now getting tattoos.

The 51-year-old mother does not lack courage. He assured that it does not hurt at all.
Mother and daughter are happy, now they will have a joint family tattoo.
“They just show our connection,” the woman was happy.
