The draw resulted in Lithuania and Silvester Belt and fourteen other countries already appearing in the first semi-final. And on May 9, in the second semi-final, sixteen more countries will appear. There will be a total of ten finalists, so the competition is a bit more competitive in this semi-final.

The draw revealed that Austria, Malta, Switzerland, Greece, Czech Republic, Albania, Denmark and Armenia will appear in the first part of the second semi-final. In the second part, Israel, Estonia, Sakartvel, Netherlands, Norway, Latvia, San Marino and Belgium will present their performance. In this semi-final, all the participants of this semi-final, as well as France, Italy and Spain, will be able to vote.
