in 2023 May 23 In Kaunas, N. Raudonius hit the victim several times with his hand, kicked him a dozen times and even jumped on the scooter rider who was lying down.

N. Raudonius partially admitted his guilt in court. He stated that he was looking after the children outside on the day of the conflict. He knew the victim from before and warned him not to ride the scooter so fast near the children, but he allegedly did not react.

According to the court report, the defendant’s version that the conflict arose in order to protect the children was denied and not confirmed.

The defendant admitted that he hit the victim in the face. This is confirmed by the broken finger from the impact. But he denied jumping on the scooter. “The court considers such testimony as a person’s defensive position, because not only do they have no logical connection, but they also contradict other evidence collected in the case and examined directly in court,” states the judgment of judge Arūnas Purvainis.

in 2024 May 7 According to the Kaunas Chamber of the Kaunas District Court, N. Raudoinus was found guilty of minor health impairment. He was sentenced to a maximum of 90 days in prison. The victim’s civil claim was partially satisfied. N. Raudonis will have to pay 2 thousand. property of 868 euros and 2 thousand EUR non-pecuniary damage.
