April 27 A double murder was committed in the town of Murnau, when two Ukrainian citizens were killed in 1987 and 2001. male births found with fatal stab wounds in the grounds of a local shopping mall.
On Saturday around 5:20 p.m. two seriously injured men were reported in Murnau. When paramedics arrived, one man was already dead. The second, who was also seriously injured, died a short time later in hospital.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated: “According to preliminary information, the dead citizens were soldiers who were undergoing medical rehabilitation in Germany. Ukrainian consuls are verifying information about the units in which the deceased served and are establishing contact with their relatives.”
Diplomats also confirmed the information that the detained person suspected of having committed the murder is Russian.
On Sunday, the 57-year-old Russian, who was arrested after the crime, was remanded in custody.

This is not the first such case
This is not the first such case in Germany. A clash between youth gangs in Dusseldorf in February claimed the lives of two Ukrainians. Then teenagers of Turkish and Syrian origin stabbed to death two Ukrainian basketball players who had fled the war to Germany – 17-year-old Volodymyr Yermakov and Artyom Kozachenko, who was a year older.
And in March, divers pulled out the body of 27-year-old Ukrainian Margarita Razzaz from the river in Germany. A Russian-German married couple killed her to kidnap her months-old baby. While investigating the murder, officers found the baby in their home.
