Like all the guests, the presenters of the Viktorija show will reveal their three favorite ingredients, from which Ilona Juciūtė will create a dish and cook it together with her guest. Siegel’s favorite ingredients go really well together: tomatoes, avocado and tuna.

Chef Ilona will offer the star of social networks to create a particularly Lithuanian tuna tartar, which will be served together with a potato waffle. How will the guest rate the dish?

Well, where there are two cheerful and playful women, there is never a shortage of laughter and the most interesting stories. From the very first minutes of the show, the charming female duo will engage in a lively and sincere conversation, during which the guest of the show will share both the secrets of her home kitchen and her personal life.

“I like fresh, raw tuna the most. When I started traveling, I started comparing the taste of tuna in Lithuania and other foreign countries. I can boldly say that I eat tuna more often outside of Lithuania, because it is really difficult to find tasty, good and high-quality tuna here. The funny thing is that I didn’t like fish when I was a kid, so my parents had to constantly bribe me to eat it. And now I’m a big fan of fish – I especially like ceviche and various tuna tartares,” says V. Siegel.

Although there is no shortage of luxurious and exclusive dishes in Victoria’s diet, the woman openly admits in the show that at the same time she also loves simple Lithuanian cuisine and vegetables bought at the market and grown by local farmers.

In the show, the famous woman will joke that she actually started her career as an entrepreneur as a child! It turns out that V. Siegel herself once traded in the market.

“As a child, I spent a lot of time with my beloved great-grandmother. She, like my whole family, lived in Klaipėda. There she had a huge garden where we grew vegetables together and then took them to the local market to sell. I remember selling tomatoes, cucumbers and various other vegetables. In fact, the tastiest food for me so far is sour cream with tomatoes, cucumbers and onion leaves,” the famous woman smiles.

Recalling her childhood, Victoria will also talk about her children and their eating habits in the show. The woman won’t hide that her little son eats almost everything, but her daughter Nicole is much pickier…

“I’m not a picky eater myself, but there are dishes I can’t eat for health reasons. What I haven’t eaten since childhood is liver. They are a complete childhood trauma for me. Parents forced them to eat 2-3 times a week, because they said it was very healthy…” – she will remember.

And here in her home kitchen, Victoria tries to cook what her children like. “It is often various meatballs, sandwiches and other dishes. I don’t like standing at 10 different pots, so I make something that both of them will eat. My little son is not picky yet – he eats what I give him. But Nicole is already at that stage of life where she is trying to develop her taste, so it is more complicated with her. She chooses what to eat herself, so I often get comments about what I shouldn’t put in the dishes,” the guest of the show will laugh.

After seeing Victoria, few would say that a woman likes to eat well. However, the amazing woman with perfect body lines admits in the show that she eats everything – she is forced to limit herself only to those products that her body does not tolerate.

“A few years ago, I did not understand why my health deteriorated. I thought stress, cosmetics and other things were to blame. I kept changing the sheets and tried everything that seemed possible. However, when I decided to do a food intolerance test, I found out that I am gluten and lactose intolerant. At first I was in shock – I didn’t know what I would have to eat. However, as of today, I have given up almost all dairy products – I am trying to replace them with goat products,” she will say.

True, Victoria does not tolerate her favorite tomatoes anyway. “Of course I’ll continue to eat them, because I’ve already given up a lot of different things – pasta, for example.” And I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine! It’s important to understand that you can’t live like a prison and cut yourself off from everything, so I leave certain ingredients, I just try to reduce their consumption. However, it’s great that now there are a variety of product alternatives, so I definitely won’t starve,” V. Siegel will share.

And while Ilona and Viktorija cook tuna tartare with potato waffles and share cozy stories, grill guru Robert Svetlauskas will surprise the audience with a dish that smells of the exotic – stewed seafood in a basket, which will be impossible to resist!
