It should be noted that the support is intended only for residents of apartment buildings higher than two floors or two-story apartment buildings with living spaces in the attic (mansard) who use LPG cylinders for cooking.

In these apartment buildings, there is no centralized LPG supply for food production, and the database of the real estate register or other documents of the apartment building do not provide that electric stoves can be used for cooking in the house.
