Hero will aim to become the first office building in the Baltic states, which will meet the standards and provide comfortable working conditions for those working there. After receiving the certificate, the quality of the office will continue to be checked at least once a year, and re-certification will be carried out every 3 years. Therefore, tenants are guaranteed to always work in conditions of maximum comfort.

The BREEAM system is used to indicate and assess the sustainability indicators of a building to ensure that it will meet them in the future. The BREEAM assessment uses additional measures of performance that are compared to established standards. The measures used correspond to many categories and criteria from energy to ecology. Each category focuses on the biggest impact factors, including reducing carbon emissions, impact design, climate change adaptation, ecological value and biosecurity. Hero will aim for four grades of Excellent. Only about a quarter of certified buildings in Lithuania receive it.
