The portal kauno.diena.lt managed to find out what happened to the arrest of a person who was flipping motorcycles and pots in the very center of Kaunas, recorded by our reader this morning. It turned out that he is a foreigner.
As already reported, the General Assistance Center received more than one call from a witness of this person’s rampage at the intersection of Laisvės avenue and A. Mickevičius street. They started at 5.26am.
Even three police crews rushed to the scene.
While he was detained by the officers, according to witnesses, the bouncer, who behaved inappropriately, managed to knock over at least two motorcycles. Oh, how many pots – is still being clarified.
Although, according to a police spokeswoman, the hooligan was arrested without incident, he later started working again. For example, he refused a sobriety test, although he was clearly under the influence of something.
It cannot be ruled out that the inappropriate behavior of this person, who turned out to be a foreigner, could have been caused by a cocktail of alcohol and some other drugs.

The detainee is locked up in Kaunas police custody. And, while waiting for him to sober up, a pre-trial investigation has been started regarding a violation of public order, for which the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania provides for public service or a fine, or restriction of freedom, or arrest, or deprivation of liberty for up to two years.
What this 42-year-old foreigner, who, according to the portal kauno.diena.lt, has the citizenship of one of the European Union states, is doing in Lithuania without being checked by its police vigilance, is still unclear. However, judging by the age of the bouncer, it seems that he is not a student of any high school in Kaunas.
