On May 1-3, soldiers of the Land Forces, together with assigned units, will conduct exercises in non-military territories, in the territories of Kaunas district and Kaunas city.

During the exercise, military equipment will move, the largest dimensions of which are: length up to 16 m, width up to 3.29 m, height up to 4.13 m, weight up to 40 tons, according to the website of the Kaunas District Municipality.

From May 6 until May 17 In the city of Kaunas and in the Kaunas district, the exercise of the Air Force of the Lithuanian Armed Forces “Vigilant Falcon” will take place.

The movement of military equipment will be visible during the exercise. Educational sound and smoke simulation, explosive training materials will not be used. Residents of Kaunas city and district may see or hear flying aircraft more often during this period.
