It was determined that in 2023 December 21 RV, while serving a fixed-term prison sentence in semi-open conditions, climbed over three fences of the prison and escaped from the prison.

The fugitive confessed to the crime and explained that he came up with the idea of escaping from prison in order to draw attention to himself. However, when testifying in court, the person claimed that he acted recklessly and unjustifiably. Explaining the circumstances of the escape, he said that on the day of the escape, he was working in a metal-breaking workshop and took a metal ladder from there, with the help of which he climbed over the protective fence of the prison.

According to the data of the case, the officers, who noticed the person leaving with the ladder, warned him that a firearm would be used, but the person did not react to this at all and suddenly left in an unknown direction.
