Jolanta, who drives a bus in Alytus: “everything is fine, but the reconstructed streets cause inconvenience”

The quality of the streets in the city of Alytus varies, some streets are well maintained and smooth, while others are potholed and cracked. This year, the major street maintenance projects of Alytus will be completed: the reconstruction of Ulonų-Santaika streets and the complete renovation of Sudvajų street.

We also took a ride around the streets of Alytus city with Alytus public transport and talked with Jolanta, the driver of the “Kautras” bus. According to Jolanta, who has been driving a bus in the city for more than 5 years, city streets are cleaned and maintained, potholes are filled in the spring.
