Renault is changing the philosophy of car sales

--

Improving the customer experience remains Renault’s priority. Constantly setting even higher goals for itself, the company implements the revolutionary concept “rnlt©” in its car dealerships. These spaces are designed not only to welcome visitors, but also to inspire them. Whether you’re a curious newbie to the brand, a prospective car buyer or a dedicated Renault enthusiast looking for something special, these showrooms offer an immersive experience for everyone.

Every detail has been carefully thought out in a compact space, the dimensions of which are smaller than those of classic Renault salons. Visitors here will usually be able to get acquainted with two or three model cars of the brand on display. Each store will also offer The Originals Renault merchandise, such as model cars, clothing and accessories. It can be an ideal gift for yourself or a loved one.

The interior designers made sure that in the new salons, technology is harmoniously interwoven with a passion for progress and aptly conveys the fundamental values of the Renault philosophy. The uniqueness is emphasized by the fact that conceptual “rnlt©” car showrooms will be located in the central parts of big cities or in large shopping centers.

Such a decision was not chosen by chance. The best location of the showrooms – as close as possible to urban consumers – guarantees optimal accessibility and maximum visibility, so potential customers will be able to familiarize themselves with the latest Renault models and innovations while passing by.

“rnlt©” locations will operate alongside existing traditional car dealerships, usually located on the outskirts of the city. The latter will continue to allow customers to conveniently use all additional sales and warranty services: test drives, delivery and transfer of the car, technical maintenance and repair, transportation, etc.

In cooperation with private investors, it is planned to create about 20 rnlt© sales points in Paris, Neji-sur-Seine, Brussels, Milan, Rome, Rotterdam, Madrid, London, Berlin, Medellin, Seoul, etc.
