UAB “Consilium optimum” starts distributing 3-year bonds of 5 mln. Public issue of bonds worth EUR

UAB Consilium Optimum, a company providing telecommunications services in Lithuania, known to consumers as the Fastlink brand, is starting to distribute a public 3-year bond issue, during which it will seek to attract 5 million. EUR, and investors are offered 12% annual interest.

The distribution of bonds is organized and carried out by Orion Securities. Distribution of these securities begins on April 30 and will continue until May 16. Both private and institutional investors can invest, submitting investment applications through banks and financial brokerage companies. The minimum investment amount is EUR 1000, and interest will be paid quarterly. No later than 6 months after the issuance of the issue, the issue will be listed on the First North alternative market.

We believe that due to the attractive interest rates offered, the company’s low level of debt and the operating model characterized by significant cash flow generation, UAB Consilium Optimum bonds will be attractive to investors who have previously invested, but who want to diversify their investment portfolio.” – says M.
