Omnisend, a start-up that offers e-commerce marketing solutions worldwide, has won the prize in the sales and customer service category of the international business awards Stevie Awards for the third time in a row. The activity of the customer service department of the company, which develops its activities mainly in the United States and other English-speaking countries, was evaluated with a bronze award.

Omnisend competed in the technology sector category against other software developers’ service teams that respond directly to customer inquiries.

According to Deivydas Daugėlas, the head of the company’s customer service department, clear priorities – speed and the factor of human communication – help to maintain high standards in a constantly changing field.

“We mainly work in the US market, which is characterized by high competition and consumer demand. Therefore, we try to respond to even the smallest wishes of people. For example, in customer service, we are not in a hurry to use certain artificial intelligence solutions, because human-to-human communication is more effective when solving deeper questions. This gives us advantages that are appreciated by both customers and experts in the field,” says D. Daugėla.

Omnisend’s customer service team consists of 30 specialists who support more than 100 thousand company customers in 130 locations around the world 24/7.

Enterprise customers can consult with Omnisend representatives whether they are already paying for service plans or just trying them out for free. In the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry, the company leads the world in first response time (4 minutes), average response time (2 minutes), and customer satisfaction rate (96 percent).

The prestigious Stevie Awards in the fields of customer service and sales have been presented for almost 20 years. Companies are audited and their performance evaluated by seven groups of specialists, with a total of more than 170 experts from all over the world.

The Stevie Awards traditionally count the companies that have won the most awards, including well-known names. This year, the parcel delivery company “DP DHL” takes the first place again. “Omnisend” is one of the few start-ups in Lithuania, successfully operating without external investments. This year, the association “Unicorns Lithuania” included “Omnisend” in the top 12 of the most promising startups in the country, in 2022. the company won the title of “Startup of the Year” in the awards organized by “Startup Lithuania” and Vilnius City Municipality.
