On the same day, another important event for bitcoin took place – the halving. Immediately after that, commissions on the network ranged from 91 to 112 and more dollars. It is worth adding that commissions are one of the ways miners make money. And after the halving, the income of these contractors increased, not decreased, as previously predicted.
It should be added that the average transaction fee of the world’s most famous digital coin has now dropped significantly to $34.84. Despite the significant drop, this number is still much higher than it was before the bitcoin halving.
