VERT has extended the validity of technical tasks for the verification of regulatory activity reports

The State Energy Regulatory Council (VERT) approved the resolutions related to the technical tasks of the inspection of Regulatory Activity Reports.

VERT decided to extend the validity of the technical task of verification of regulatory activity reports of electric energy and natural gas companies until 2024. for audits of the regulatory activity reports of companies of the reporting period and 2024-2025. for audits of regulatory activity reports of the reporting period, when the companies’ financial years do not coincide with the calendar year.

VERT also decided to extend the 2019 September 2 resolution no. O3E-386 “On the Approval of the Terms of Reference for the Verification of Regulatory Activity Reports” (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Reference) and approved the main changes to the Terms of Reference:

• Taking into account the changed name of the description of accounting separation and related requirements of drinking water supply and wastewater management and surface wastewater management service companies to the compendium of accounting separation rules and related requirements of drinking water supply and wastewater management and surface wastewater management service companies and the corresponding changes made to it, make the Technical amendments to items 4, 6 and items 3.8, 8.1.6 and Annexes 1 and 6 of the Technical Task
• The list of verification procedures was supplemented, Appendix 2 of the Technical Task was clarified and editorial corrections were made in Appendices 3 and 6 of the Technical Task.
