The investment company “Eika Asset Management” has established a new closed-end fund “Eika Private Equity Secondaries Fund I”, which will allow investors looking for new opportunities to invest in the Luxembourg-registered alternative collective investment entity “StepStone Secondary Opportunities Fund V Europe Holdings”. The permission to establish this Fund was granted by the Bank of Lithuania.

Eika Private Equity Secondaries Fund I is the fifth investment fund established by Eika Asset Management, which will invest in StepStone Secondary Opportunities Fund V Europe, an alternative collective investment entity established in Luxembourg.

In addition to projects abroad, Eika Asset Managemet continues to operate actively in Lithuania. A few weeks ago, Eika Asset Management announced the start of construction of the Old Town Gardens project in Vilnius. The announcement states that investments in the development of this project will amount to 41.3 million. euros.
