After that, they tried to find the animal for almost a whole week and even plastered the whole city with advertisements.

The search was unsuccessful.

But a few days later, the animal’s owners received a call from a veterinary clinic in California.

It turned out that the cat had a microchip, thanks to which it was possible to reach the owners.

Galena was imprisoned in a box for six days without food or water.

The cat was rescued from the box by Amazon employee Brandy, who found it in a warehouse in California – 1050 km from her hometown.

She took care of the animal and took Galen to the vet the next day.

The hostess admits that at first she did not believe what was happening, thinking that it was a joke or a prank.

When the owners found out that Galena was found in an Amazon warehouse box, they booked plane tickets to California and brought the pet home.

“It was an amazing meeting! Galena instantly stopped shaking and relaxed in my arms when I picked her up again,” said the owner of the animal about the meeting at the veterinary clinic in California.

“Although she had lost weight and was a little dehydrated, her blood tests were normal and she was completely unharmed,” said the host.
