Belarusian dictator A.Lukashenka does not spare himself luxury: see what his villa in Sochi might look like

“Monolithic reinforced concrete walls, gilded doorknobs, swimming pools, kitchens, restaurants, a private office and armed security to the teeth… What is not a place to live for a retired politician, whom Belarusians have not been happy with for a long time?” he writes. belsat.eu.

The investigation was carried out together with BELSAT journalists by the BELPOL organization, which unites retired and former officials of Belarusian power structures working in the opposition.

The residence near Sochi is said to be truly luxurious. Its project documents, which reached BELPOL, are from the group of companies “Krasnodargraždanprojekt”, which is building the residence. The construction plans include 12 objects with a total area of ​​7,374 square meters. m, the area of ​​the entire plot is more than 97 sq. m. m.

About a third of the plot is occupied by the “main building”, which is said to be designed for the owner.

“The plot of land belongs to the Belarusian state, which means it belongs to the public, and the company-buyer is related to Viktor Sheimanov, a businessman close to Lukashenka, who serves the largest shadowy projects of the dictator,” he writes. belsat.eu.

According to BELPOL representative Vladimir Žigaris, “this will be Lukashenka’s new residence”: “It cannot be ruled out that all this will be built at the expense of the Belarusian state, Belarusian taxpayers, but for understandable reasons no Belarusian will be able to enter the territory of this residence, as it will belong exclusively to Lukashenka .”

As one Belarusian interior designer commented anonymously to the authors of the study, at first glance the project of the main residence building looks like a really good project.

It cannot be ruled out that all this will be built at the expense of the Belarusian state, Belarusian taxpayers, but for understandable reasons, no Belarusian will be able to enter the territory of this residence, as it will belong exclusively to Lukashenka.

However, there are things that would like to be adjusted: “On the same floor there is also a dressing room, a banquet hall, a kitchen for cold… and a kitchen for hot dishes, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom (also adapted for the disabled), a cinema, security and a study!” “

To the experts who spoke with the investigators, it is the office that seems to be the place that proves that this residence is another one for A.Lukashenka, because it is said that such an office is needed by a person who cannot receive his guests in any hall and who will definitely have such guests.

The basement includes not only a swimming pool, several saunas, massage and gyms, but also a separate room for skiing.

The top floor of the building will have 62 square meters. m living room, 20 sq. m sauna, two smaller (36 sq. m. each) bedrooms and the main one – 55 sq. m. m bedroom. According to belsat.eur, for an apartment the size of this bedroom, the average Belarusian has to work half his life, and then sleep and entertain guests in the same place.

And here, the owner of this residence will be able to receive guests in the planned three VIP cottages (730 sq.m. each), one of which is also adapted for people with disabilities, all have swimming pools, dining rooms, three bedrooms each, etc. A four-apartment hotel is also under construction.

A restaurant complex, facilities for sports, security, garages are also planned in the area.

The secrecy of the construction of these objects is evidenced by the fact that it is basically impossible to find information about it in the public space. The researchers called the aforementioned company “Krasnodargraždanprojekt” and spoke with an employee of the technical department, introducing themselves as representatives of the regional administration.

When she heard that they wanted to include this so-called rural guest house complex “Krasnaya Poliana” in the list of tender participants, the woman was confused: “It is currently being realized, actively being built. But it is not yet built and not in operation. And where did you see anything about him? We generally do not publish information very much. But if you could share where you found it, that would be great.”

After being told that the information was found the fastest on the Internet, the employee continued to be surprised, claiming that the company had not published information about such an object anywhere.

BELPOL representative V. Žigaris says that if the “Vostok” residence (read about it here) is the biggest bribe received by A. Lukashenka, then everything that is happening in Sochi is “the biggest theft of the Lukashenka regime from Belarusians and Belarus to date” .

Researchers wondered how much this entire residence could cost. Experts estimate that its value after construction will reach about 150 million. dollars (about 140 million euros).
