
The Sakartveli press reports on the remains of the murdered 12-year-old Lithuanian AJ found in Tbilisi. She lived and studied in Tbilisi. As the Sakartvelo portal kvirispalitra.ge reports, the girl disappeared on Thursday, the family and law enforcement started looking for her around 11 p.m.
After several hours of searching, the teenager was found dead outside the garage. When she was found, the girl was still warm, reports the Sakartvelo portal. The doctors tried to revive the girl, gave her artificial respiration for 40 minutes, but they could not save her.
According to the media, although it was initially stated that there were no signs of violence on the girl’s body, according to paramedics, she suffered a throat injury.
Locals say that they did not hear any screams or fights before the girl disappeared. There is no lighting in the place where the teenager was found, and there are trees and bushes around.
It is true that there is no camera installed in that place, but there are several CCTV cameras nearby.
The girl’s body was sent for an autopsy.
The Lithuanian community of Sakartvelo also reports on the tragic accident. Community representative Audrius Leščinskas collects donations for the girl’s family and provides information about where the funeral will take place next week.
The portal Delfi was the first to report on the discovery of the girl’s body.
