The Israeli military said that rockets fired through the border of the Gaza Strip’s Ruo Kerem Alam on Sunday killed three soldiers and wounded dozens of others.

In response to the attack, Israeli forces destroyed the launch site where the shells were fired on Sunday, army spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner told reporters.

The Air Force will determine exactly what happened, Lerner added.
