According to the company’s manager, Andriaus Bertašius, it was the most complex implementation of individual house projects in the company’s history, requiring special skill and responsibility, which required not only patience, but also constant learning during its implementation.

Within two years, a closed block of four extremely luxurious houses was built in Palanga municipality, on the dunes of the sea shore, on the site of previous structures, each of which borders the dunes of the Baltic Sea.

Although it was possible to develop more buildings in the area, the construction of the plot allowed it, the developer of the quarter chose the opposite concept – reducing the built-up area of the area, leaving more of the unique nature for each house.

According to the manager of Mirigita, the individual block of just four houses was built from materials used for the first time on the coast of the country, starting with the decoration of special stone facades, roof covering, wood for terraces and tracks from the Brazilian Amazon forests, ending with the exterior solutions of the area or specially made windows for the object.

“The vision of the architects perfectly responded to the location. Prioritizing coastal nature, peace and privacy, masking luxury with simplicity, but maintaining the highest quality of construction and significantly raising the bar for architecture throughout the region,” he says.

According to him, each house meets the highest requirements of advanced architecture, is extremely friendly to the environment, uses only natural materials for construction, is equipped with solar power plants, sustainable heating systems and a unique panorama of the sea, with private outdoor spaces.

“This object best demonstrates the attitude of responsible investors towards positive changes in Palanga, responding with huge investments in the development of a private quarter right here and choosing such a unique concept,” says the head of the construction company.

In total, there are only four individual houses built in the block, the sizes of which reach 160 sq.m. m, and the total territory of the block is more than 40 ares, part of the territory is in the dunes. How 15 minutes representatives of the company informed the media, the houses have already started to be sold, and their prices start from 1 million. euros and reaches up to 1.5 million euros.

The project was developed by a private investor, and all construction works were carried out and organized by UAB “Mirigita”, according to the project of the architect studio “Devnyni architektai”.

According to the architect Jurgita Liubartaitė, the author of the project, the architectural concept returns to nature what was appropriated from it during many years of human activity.

“Former lawns are restored sand dunes with their characteristic vegetation. The concept of the house uses the stylized idea of a fisherman’s house – buildings of low height and construction, combining the outside and the inside into one whole, and the decoration blends into the natural color range,” says the architect.

Most of the value of the construction works went to the realization of the vision of the architect studio “9 architects”.
