The second sprint race of the season took place in Miami.

Max Verstappen triumphed in the 19-lap battle, who, in addition to the first place in free practice and sprint qualification, also contributed to the victory in the sprint. He led from the first to the last lap.

The sprint started with the failure of Lando Norris. Having received a blow to the rear of the car, the Briton was forced to withdraw from the race.

Kevin Magnussen fought impressively in the sprint race, trying to maintain 8th place. His efforts were great, but at one point he went off-track in a duel with Lewis Hamilton, which resulted in a 10-second penalty, which was later repeated. True, his teammate Nico Hulkenberg took 7th place and even won 2 points in the sprint.

Daniel Ricciardo should also be very proud of the Miami sprint. The Australian, who already shined in the sprint qualification, finally retained 4th place and recorded 5 points in his account. Another Racing Bulls driver, Yuki Tsunoda, finished 8th.

In addition to Max Verstappen, there was also Sergio Perez with Charles Leclerc in the top three.

11 p.m. qualification will begin.
