In the EuroLeague, a very even and tough quarter-final series continues between Piraeus Olympiacos and Barcelona Barcelona.

The hosts tried to equalize the result, although W. Hernangomez did not allow it to happen – 61:57. However, in the middle of the fourth quarter, F.Petruševs returned the tie (61:61), and the teams continued to exchange attacks one after the other. With a quarter and a half minutes left, Olympiacos was leading 64:63, and the difference was increased by F.Petrušev’s three-pointer – 67:63. J. Vesely got a block and N. Laprovittola missed, while Nigel Williams-Goss was accurate – 69-63. The result was softened by Alex Abrines (66:69), but Th. Walkup answered him with an important shot – 71:66. A. Abrines tried to save the Catalans, Th. Walkup threw from the side, but T. Satoransky did the same. 7.6 seconds left. N.Laprovittola equalized the result (71:71) with a breakthrough, and N.Williams-Goss did not use the opportunity to snatch the victory.

Almost halfway through the overtime, M.Fallas allowed OLY to lead by 3 points (78:75), but J.Vesely answered him with a two-pointer – 77:78. This result remained for some time until M. Fallas scored important points – 80:77. 37 seconds left T.Satoransky returned the tie (80:80), N.Williams-Goss missed, and soon fouled. J. Parker provoked a foul by F. Petrušev in the last second of the match, threw two penalties and left the Catalans 0.5 seconds to save themselves, which was not enough.
