On the JUDU website, customers will find all the functions that worked on the parking.lt website. “The biggest change awaiting customers is registration, although some services will also be available to unregistered users.

By asking for registration, we take care not only of the security of customer data, but also provide the opportunity to see information about all used JUDU services in one account, to administer and change them”, says Lina Juknevičienė, JUDU Customer Experience Manager.

New functions are also offered here for the convenience of customers: after entering the vehicle registration number, it will be possible to check parking violations and pay them within 7 days. After registering the vehicle in your account, relevant information will additionally be sent to the specified e-mail address. postal address. In the future, customers will be able to see information about the validity of the parking permit, the history of the use of services and the “yellow card” in the self-service.

During the transition period, which takes effect from today, both sites will be open, but already on May 15th. the parking.lt page will be disabled.

Services will also be provided to unregistered self-service customers

A new functionality – “Toll for parking” will provide an opportunity to check and pay a violation notice – a “yellow slip” – without registration. The novelty is that from now on it will be possible to check the information about the “yellow slip” even without knowing its number – it is enough to enter the car’s state and vehicle registration number.

In addition to self-service registration, you can use another innovation – the electronic permit “Lengvata” for persons with disabilities, which allows you to register a parking card for a person with disabilities and create a digital permit.

When registering the card for an electronic pass, customers will be able to specify the number plates of two cars, which they can update or change within 24 hours, if necessary.

“This service is especially relevant after automatic parking control has started in Vilnius. The automatic system can only scan a digital permit, so it is very important that the card of the disabled person is registered on judu.lt”, says JUDU’s Customer Experience Manager.

How to pay the toll tax after receiving a “yellow slip”?
