The support program for young families to buy a home has attracted interest from the target audience: real estate (NT) brokers say that people have been actively looking for both houses and apartments. However, the program did not encourage greater business investments in the regions, and the developers of new projects look at subsidized buyers more cautiously, because predicting when they will receive support is like predicting the weather: either it will rain or it won’t.
