The first hike of the hiking marathon “On foot in Aukštaitija!” is coming. in 2024 May 18 The Public Health Office of the Panevėžys District Municipality and the Residents’ Community Center “Dvaras” invite you to the “Welcome to Naudvaris!” walking tour.
We will start the hike at 10:00 a.m. from Naudvaris manor in Panevėžys district. We will travel along the shore of the Pažibai pond, and after crossing the Šuoja stream, we will reach the Nauradi stone.
We will continue our hike through fields and forests until we reach Liberiškis and the nearby Liberiškis Manor. On the way back, we will admire the views of the Liberiškis pond until we reach the mighty Bučiai oak.
At the end of the hike, friendly people from the local community will welcome us with hot food in the Naudvaris manor park.
The circular route is about 20 kilometers long. The hike is free, the pace is moderate. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We ask everyone who plans to participate in the walk to fill out the registration form https://forms.gle/2PbBQ5iCgcbpEWSQ6
