For five and a half years, the former diplomat and politician in Cyprus registered his consulting company for leading positions in the group of businessman Gediminas Iemelius.
V. Uackas announced this change on his Facebook account.
In his tweet, he says that the consulting company VU Business Linking LTD, founded by him, is starting to operate, which will help global companies developing artificial intelligence, automation and big data solutions and other activities to expand in new markets, sell their products and services.
He also came to help the Avia Solutions Group (ASG) team, which he left in the last days of March.
The former politician will become a businessman. V explained that the decision was prompted by the great interest of the United States of America.
As I said, ASG had and did a lot of work, everything was great. But after feeling interest in the global market, I decided to start my own business in another global company. Now I am signed for a contract and, like with ASG, I will lead my company to new markets in Europe and Asia, says V. Uackas. He also said that further work will not change fundamentally.
My activity before was to introduce new businesses, products and services to new markets. Now the activity will remain the same, only in a completely different sector. It’s customer outreach and lead to a contract in new markets. I want to try to work for myself, on behalf of my mons, he says.
From the fall of 2019 to February 2023, V. Uackas served as a member of the board of directors of ASG, and for the last year he was the head of business development.
He confirmed to V that he no longer has any plan, desire or intention to play politics.
