Features of the sound of the gong: if a person is worried, he can also hear the hum of an airplane

According to psychologist, psychotherapist, pioneer of sound therapy in the Baltic States Alicijas Eiliakas, the gong creates a powerful vibrational field in which harmonious sounds seem to multiply. As a result, after a certain time, a person begins to feel the sound not only with his ears, but also with his whole body.

If a person is worried, he can hear bombs flying or a plane screeching.

True, A. Eiliakas said that the sound activates the suppressed energy in us. If anxiety is felt, one person may hear anxious sounds such as the roar of an airplane or the sounds of war, while another may hear a wonderful cosmic symphony.

“If a person is worried, he can hear bombs flying or a plane screeching. In other words, a person connects with his fear, which is activated,” she emphasized.

“People often ask if they really heard live sounds or if we didn’t play a recording because it sounds like a symphony playing. It’s an extremely beautiful journey – through emotions, energies, during which you experience merging with the universe,” the psychologist quipped.

I often fall asleep during gong sessions.

“They fall asleep because they’re overworked, and that’s normal. If he’s already snoring, we wake him up,” V. Andrijauskas joked.

It may hurt

When asked about the purpose of people visiting gong therapies, V. Andrijauskas emphasized that they come not only to relax, but rather to learn to relax.

“I often don’t go out to do this at home, because there are many thoughts in my head, and when I lie down and immerse myself in the sound of gongs, the flow of thoughts decreases so that it becomes “jin” and good,” commented the master of gong therapy.

However, V. Andrijauskas explained that various problem areas of the body may start to hurt during gong sessions.

“Some people have a toothache, others have something hurt, but then it goes away, and everything happens because the sounds of the gongs create a vibration that penetrates the body and starts vibrating in the cells,” he said.

Holistic coach Alfreda Medhanadi agreed that the sound of gongs, especially during the first sessions, brings to the surface old feelings that are not the best.

“It is not for nothing that we once locked them in the depths of the psyche. The person feels bad. In psychology, this is called resistance,” she said.

I felt like I didn’t belong

After trying gong therapy, Teresa felt like she didn’t belong.

“I don’t know, it’s a strange feeling, I can’t even describe it, but it was really relaxing,” she shared.

No matter how good a person you are, someone will always annoy you.

According to V. Andrijauskas, a person with a serious illness visited him.

“He was on medication and the medication affected his feet. The man could not feel his toes. After the gong session, he began to feel them, because the vibration moves the cells of the body,” he said.

There were more such cases: “There was a man who had a disease where half of his body was paralyzed. Half of the face is there – half is not. The gongs came and the facial muscles relaxed more and more.”

According to A.Medhanadi, people have been using sound to treat various diseases for thousands of years.

“Sages of ancient India, Greek philosophers of the time of Pythagoras identified all physical forms with the manifestation of music. In the writings of those times, statements are found that health depends on the relationship of harmonious frequencies, which begin in the mind of a person and go out into society through the body,” the holistic coach emphasized.

Nevertheless, the process of occupation itself is not pleasant for everyone.

“No matter how good a person you are, something will always annoy you, and through the gongs, that annoyance rises to the top. You don’t have to like everything in life, the most important thing is to learn to deal with it,” explained the master of gong therapy.
