The group’s income grew by 36 percent last year. up to 11 million euros (in 2022 – 8.1 million euros). Operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) also grew to 1.36 million. euros and was 6.4 times higher than last year (0.2 million euros), the company announced on Thursday.
“The successful completion of projects in these growing markets underlines our competence and commitment to support digital transformation initiatives and promote sustainable development in various regions,” NRD Companies CEO Mindaugas Glodas said in a statement.
According to him, this year the company plans to continue promoting innovation and sustainability.
According to the report, compared to 2022, income grew the most in the tax administration sector – 3.1 times, income from the business line of electronic registers – 28 percent.
“(The growth in results – BNS) was driven by the signing of important digital transformation projects. The main ones were: a virtual fiscalization solution for the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) and an electronic tax declaration system for the Kingdom of Lesotho,” NRD Companies said in a statement.
In addition, last year the company implemented a technical consultancy project for the Ministry of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago. A technical consulting project has been launched, which aims to create a Developer Center of this ministry.
The company has implemented other projects with Kenya and Ghana’s Ministry of Finance.
The NRD Companies group includes Etronika, Norway Registers Development, NRD Systems and Infobank Uganda.
