Vilnius CBD is the headquarters of another bank

Right Bank Development Fund agreed with the bank on 9,500 sq. m area for rent on Konstitucijos Ave. 14A in the ascending object. This is almost half of its area.

The premises of the bank’s group companies – the bank, “SB draudimas”, “SB Asset Management”, “SB Lizingas” and others, will operate as well as the Vilnius branch and customer service department.

“After renewing its strategy, the bank is fundamentally changing – name and image changes are coming, it will move to a new home, where employees will be provided with comfortable conditions,” says Vytautas Sinius, head of administration of Šiauliai bankas, in the report.

Currently, the bank’s head office is located in the buildings managed by another fund, Lords LB Asset Management, on Šeimyniškių Street. Here he is planning a new business quarter, and the old buildings will be demolished.

The construction of the building where the bank has now agreed to be built is planned to be completed by 2026.

The area of ​​the 7-storey facility will reach more than 19,000 square meters. m. Catering, shopping and service facilities are planned on its first floor, and offices, where a total of 1,500 employees will be able to work, are planned on the upper floors.

This is the only object developed by the Right Bank Development Fund. The fund does not disclose how much it invests in it.

Another “Lords LB Asset Management” fund, “Lords LB Special Fund I Subfund A”, is completely adjacent, on the plot on Konstitucijos Ave. 18B, completed the 20-story office building “Artery”. In more than 20,000 sq. m area, over 80 million were invested. Eur.

The commercial “Urbo bankas” (former Medicinos bankas) rents premises in the latter. Currently, the central business district houses the headquarters of all the country’s major commercial banks – Swedbank has its own building, and SEB rents a business center specially built for it by the Lords LB Asset Management fund. Luminor and Revolut banks have rented premises in the Quadrum business center, Citadele – in one of the Green Hall office buildings.
