Having gathered for the first meeting, its ten members not only discussed the future activities, but also did the first work, the results of which will be useful for other buyers. The members of the “Iki” customer board tasted various dishes from the abundant and well-priced “Grill party” range and shared their insights, tips and suggestions for this product.

Out of 1.2 thousand 10 new members of the board of clients of “Iki”, selected from candidates, gathered for the first meeting in April. During lunch, they not only got stronger, but also discussed with the network representatives how the offer of grill season products could be further improved, what information on the packages would be useful for buyers. In addition, they themselves discovered new products, which they promise to buy in “Iki” stores and surprise their loved ones from now on.

“At the very first meeting, we saw that this initiative would bring real benefits and help us improve. We are very pleased that the members of the customer board have heeded our request to share their opinions openly. We received both suggestions and constructive criticism when we talked about the additional benefits we offer to our customers, the “Iki” loyalty program, the app, the convenience of shopping, etc. Honest, “unsweetened” feedback is the most useful for us, as it allows us to better understand the real needs of our various customers. By being closer to our customers in this way, we will be able to meet their expectations even better and ensure that every shopping experience is as good as possible”, says Gintarė Kitovė, head of communication at “Iki”.

What members promise to buy and what favorite they chose

The members of the board of clients of “Iki” had the opportunity to taste different types of pork, chicken, fish and seafood dishes prepared in the barbecue.
