Edvinas Karbauskas is stepping down from the board of the Danish investment company Northern Horizon Capital.
According to the Nasdaq stock exchange, E. Karbauskas will leave his position on April 22.
He has worked on the board since 2023. on January 3, he was also the joint manager of the Baltic Horizon Fund together with the Chairman of the Board Tarmos Karotamas.
In general, E. Karbauskas worked for Northern Horizon Group since 2018.

From 2024 April 23 The board of Northern Horizon Capital will consist of its chairman T. Karotamas and Aura Stankeviien. In the future, according to the company’s announcement, it will be considered whether an additional member is needed.
T. Karotamas continues to remain the manager of the Baltic Horizon fund.
