The sole shareholder of “Epso-G”, the Ministry of Energy, decided on this on Tuesday, the company reported on the “Nasdaq” Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The shareholder decided on 30.1 mln. EUR distributable profit, of which EUR 1.24 million EUR allocated to the mandatory reserve, 0.5 million – for support, and 28 million euros – to other reserves.

In March 2023, the Government obliged “Epso-G” to allocate 0.5 percent to dividends every year until 2027. distributable profit.

The last time “Epso-G” paid dividends was in 2020 – then 773 thousand was allocated for it. euros.

The consolidated income of “Epso-G” in 2023 reached 478.9 million. euros and was 11 percent. lower than the year before (589.9 million euros). The company’s adjusted net profit in 2023 was 2.7 percent. lower than in 2022, when it reached 24.7 million euros.

The company’s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) in 2023 amounted to 59.2 million. euros and was 4.4 percent. lower than in 2022 (63.6 million euros).

Epso-G owns the natural gas and electricity transmission companies Amber Grid and Litgrid, the energy resources exchange operator Baltpool, the energy storage company Energy cells and the construction company Tetas.

“Epso-G” shares are quoted on the “Nasdaq” Vilnius Stock Exchange’s Official Trading List.

The sole shareholder of the company is the Ministry of Energy.
