Goda Aliyeva spoke about the fraudsters’ blackmail and erotic photos: “I felt tragic”

Karina, Goda, Ingrida and Nijolė, the girls of the group “69 Danguje”, who are always smiling, in a good mood and youthful, were preparing for a grand concert on the occasion of the group’s 20th anniversary together with the choreographer, director and producer Šarūnas Kirdeikis, who came from Berlin, a little more than a week ago. It happened just a few days ago in the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas. It seems that one can only enjoy the unfading popularity of the group, but today, with one of the girls of the group – about not very pleasant things.

Goda Sabutytė-Aliyeva experienced a stolen account on a social network and blackmail. True, at that time, the famous woman was not followed by 100 thousand people, as now, but by half as many. But it was enough for her to earn a lot of money from advertising on her profile.

“I felt tragic,” says Goda when asked how she felt when her accounts on social networks were hacked, stolen, and she herself was blackmailed by threatening to disclose very personal information. The woman admitted: then she even turned to law enforcement.

According to Goda, she was helped by the realization that she is strong enough to withstand the attention even if that happens. Now Goda, trained by cyber security specialists, protects her accounts, as they say, under nine locks, and does not share personal information even with extremely close people on the Internet.

There is no shortage of young people who dream of becoming famous on social networks, becoming stars of the scene and earning thousands. But fame, according to Goda, has a dark side that is rarely thought about.

Meanwhile, cyber security specialist Marius Pareščius spoke not only about internet security, but also about cases where people get hurt through carelessness. People turn to a cyber security specialist when they encounter problems on the Internet – accounts in social networks are hacked and stolen, correspondence, photos disappear, blackmail or harassment is received. To count the famous people who had to be helped, according to Marius, even the available fingers would not be enough.

Famous people, according to the specialist, very often receive blackmail, and not from strangers, but from people in their circle. One of the most important pieces of advice that Marius always gives to people receiving blackmail is not to try to buy out, in other words, not to pay money for the offered peace of mind.

“Even if you pay them 5,000, 8,000, 10, or 30 thousand, they always reserve the right to release important information to you, and they will pressure you as much as they need. There is no way out in such a situation, and if you feed them, they will have more money to extort you,” said M. Pareščius.
