Performer Adrina and her lover Donatas started building a joint house: they talked about the prices and the challenges ahead

Although it seems like a lot of work has been done, there is only more work to be done.

God grant it, maybe next year we will be able to live”, – Delphi commented a well-known music producer.

However, the challenges that lie ahead only add spice to the couple’s life. “It’s going to be a crazy interesting year,” Donatas hopes.

When asked if they themselves have to put their hands in the construction, the interviewer assured that he would be happy to contribute.

“We will contribute, of course, as much as we can. Although there will be a designer, we will still make the main decisions ourselves. We have all kinds of visions and wishes. Talents will merge into one whole,” said D. Tamašauskas.

Although well-known representatives of the entertainment world often choose to live in the city center, Donatas and Adriana have nothing against settling a little further from the hustle and bustle.

“I grew up in Kazlų Rūda, in the middle of the woods, in my own house, so I am used to going out to my terrace and having my own swimming pool. Donatas also grew up in his own house. That’s why we don’t want to close ourselves between four walls. You want to have a place to have a picnic in the summer, to invite friends. Our families are big, so when everyone gets together, that big house is very good,” said the performer.

Another reason to not have neighbors outside the walls is the opportunity to enjoy the greatest hobby – music.

“Being from the music world, we want good sound equipment. Of course, I have it in the recording studio. But at home, good sound seems to be a must too. From listening to records to parties. Is there anything you can do in the evening? “The neighbors immediately start hitting the radiators with brushes and the police threaten,” Donatas joked.

The decision to move to a house in the Kaunas district is well thought out.

“Someday this house will become part of the city. Now our house is being built in the area, but seeing how everything is expanding, I think it’s only a matter of a few years”, the interviewer thought.

The couple from the world of music admits that this project will be particularly expensive. After sharing the news that they bought a house, they received a number of offers from various companies. The most surprising thing was the offer to install a bathroom at a fabulous value.

“When you open the page and see that the price of the bathroom is 32 thousand. euros…” – surprised the interviewer. – Everything is very expensive. In fact, we chose not to build it ourselves, but to buy an already built one. If you want to build it yourself, you need a lot of knowledge and time.”

“If we had built it ourselves, we would have blamed ourselves for all the discrepancies, but now we can blame everyone else,” laughed Adriana.

“There are people around me, relatives, who decided that it would be cheaper to build on their own. Now it is already obvious that it will not be cheaper. Not only financially, but also in terms of health. Our time is much more valuable. Everyone has to do what they do best. We know how to explain, Adriana likes to dictate. We are happy that our tastes coincide in various aspects related to installation”, continued D. Tamašauskas.
