Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski answered questions about his future and the possibility of moving to the United States or Saudi Arabia to compete.
“I don’t even have questions about saying goodbye to Barcelona this summer. Now I feel physically well again. I had physical problems in the first half of the season. The situation improved in 2024. As long as I feel as good as I am now and I notice in training that no one is ahead of me, I want to continue playing. This will continue for at least two more years. Only when I feel that I can’t physically anymore or the pains, I would start to think differently, but now it’s not like that.
I am not interested in Saudi Arabia or USA. It doesn’t make any sense at this point. When I turn 38 and the pain starts, I have to ask myself, do I even want to continue this? I don’t want to plan that far though. Now I can say that I can definitely play at the highest level until 2026,” said the football player.
