Mixed precipitation will fall in many areas: wet snow is more common in the northern part of the country, raindrops in the southern part. A strong south-west, west, changing to north-west wind will blow. Its gusts will reach 15-20 m/s in many places, 23 m/s near the sea. The influx of colder air mass and dense clouds will not allow the temperature to rise above 2-7 degrees Celsius.
On Thursday night, the low pressure vortex will move away, and the sky will become more and more clear. Precipitation will fall in many places: there will be everything and little rain, from wet and fluffy, winter-like snowflakes. Northerly winds will continue to be choppy with gusts still reaching 15-17 m/s in places. The lowest temperature will vary between 4 degrees of cold and 1 degree of heat. In some places, favorable conditions will be created for the formation of bare ice.
On Thursday, a high pressure zone will strengthen over Lithuania. The sun will appear often. No significant rain is expected. A moderate wind will blow, changing direction. Little by little, the weather will warm up again. In the afternoon, thermometers will show between 4 and 9 degrees Celsius. It will be the coldest in the northeastern regions of the country, the warmest in the Southwest.
