“This area with a rich history, which once belonged to the nobles of the LDK, in the neighborhood of the monasteries, was disfigured by the garages and warehouses built during the Soviet occupation. By reviving this place together with Naresta, we will compensate for the damage done to the old town over the decades.

We will create a green, comfortable space that matches the colors and architecture of the environment for the various needs of the residents. “Naresta” is our reliable partner, with whom we have already worked on more than one project, so we expect quality and reliability together with buyers and investors,” said Viktoras Zubrecov, deputy director of RELEVEN.

“Sanguška Park” is being built on Žiupronių Street, near the Missionary Church and the intersection of Subačius and Daukša Streets. There will be 55 apartments, 11 recreational and 13 commercial and administrative premises. “Sanguška parkas” will offer sustainable A++ class apartments with an area of 30 to 224 square meters.

RELEVEN has already signed pre-sale agreements with 17 percent. buyers who have reserved building space.

Tadas Grincevičius, CEO of Naresta, one of the largest construction companies in Lithuania, emphasizes that the new project will return the space to its historical significance.

“Construction in the old town requires specific knowledge, respect for history and knowledge of it. Over the course of 30 years, our team has become reliable experts in the preservation of the old town and its integrity. I am glad that our and RELEVEN’s approach completely coincides”, notes T. Grincevičius.

“Sanguški Park”, the architectural project of which was created by Heima studio, will be characterized by comfort and sustainability, the houses will visually respond to the warm, pastel colors of the surrounding old town buildings, and their decoration will reflect the elements characteristic of the historical buildings of Vilnius. The developers of the project hope that it will partially fill the lack of premium segment apartments in the capital’s old town, as it will ensure a wide selection of apartment areas, as well as residents’ peace and privacy.

RELEVEN’s investments in “Sanguški Park” during the entire construction period will amount to about 40 million. euros. Apartment prices in this complex start from 6,000 EUR per square meter.
