The real estate (NT) company “Realco” announces that it is starting the leasing process for the business center “Hero” being developed in the central business district of Vilnius. According to the expert, another significant feature of the project is the obligation of the leasing company to fully equip the office premises according to the prepared interior design for the proposed rental price. This will simplify the office relocation process for companies that do not have internal human resources capable of designing and equipping the premises or do not have the funds to do so.

According to the “Newsec” expert, although the number of foreign investors renting offices has decreased in recent years, the activity of local companies is being observed.
