In the station area, the cranes will soon be in full swing, as a new complex of residential apartment buildings and commercial buildings is being built next to and behind the Panorama Hotel. The project proposals indicate that 8 buildings with underground parking are planned on this plot. It is planned to install almost 200 apartments in the complex, and all construction is expected to be implemented in two stages.

This month, the Vilnius city administration issued a construction permit for this project.

“The main purpose of the complex is residential, multi-apartment. Commercial premises (shops, cafes, restaurants) are planned on the first floors of the buildings planned along the streets. Smaller apartments are planned on the upper floors of these buildings. Apartments of various sizes are planned in the courtyard buildings from the first to the fourth floor, apartments with separate entrances are planned in the two- and one-story connections. Functionally, corridor system buildings are planned with one staircase in the center of the building, placing apartments on the sides of the corridor. Most of the apartments are planned with terraces or balconies,” the presentation of the project proposals reads.

A separate space for apartment dwellers is being formed

As stated in the detailed description, the hotel and residential spaces will be separated at levels by a retaining wall. Every yard space, although public and accessible to everyone, will be filled with greenery, recreation areas, children’s playgrounds and other elements of well-being. Since the distinctive feature of the territory is a sharp change in relief heights, using it, the courtyard terraces will be connected by stairs and ramps.

  • The buildings will have 4 floors (height up to 21.00m);
  • Number of parking spaces – 148 units. (133 in underground parking and 15 above ground);
  • Number of apartments – 181 units;
  • The developer of the project is “NT Development Group”, an investment closed joint-stock company intended for informed investors of the open type;
  • Design proposals were prepared by UAB “Aketuri architektai”, project manager – Lukas Rekevičius.
