According to “Eika”, 5 new real estate projects with 463 apartments appeared on the Vilnius market in April. The demand for apartments also grew, especially in the economy class. Comparing the first four months of the year, the sale of apartments in Vilnius grew by 5.5 percent: during this period in 2024. 916 new apartments were sold in Vilnius, compared to 868 in the same period last year.

Judging only April, this year’s apartment sales in Vilnius were slightly lower than last year: in 2024. 209 apartments were sold in Vilnius, when in 2023 in April – 233. The biggest increase compared to last year is felt in the economic housing class this year. in 2024 in April, 110 apartments of this class were sold in Vilnius, when, for comparison, in 2023 in April – 89, that is, sales increased by 23.6 percent. in 2023 during January-April, 340 economy class apartments were sold in Vilnius, and during 2024 in January-April – 448, so the growth reached 31.8 percent.

Sales of apartments in the middle class in 2024. in April it was 32 percent. lower than last year: in 2023 in April, 137 apartments of this class were sold, and this year – 93. However, comparing a longer period since the beginning of the year, the decrease in sales is not so pronounced and amounted to 12 percent. in 2023 498 middle-class apartments were sold in January-April, and in 2024 January-April – 438.

Sales in the class of luxury apartments remained the same as last year. Both in 2023 January-April, as well as during 2024 in the first four months, 30 apartments of this class were sold in Vilnius. In April of this year, 6 such apartments were sold in Vilnius, compared to 7 last year.
