After the change in VIAMATIKSA, it was a very successful year

Last year was very successful for VIAMATIKAI, the turnover of the company reached 8.2 million. euro Income grew due to increased funding for the road sector and diversification of activities by starting to provide services in railway infrastructure facilities. After a successful year, the company plans to pay 1.45 million. eur dividend.

VIAMATIKA purposefully invested in development and efficiency, the team had great potential, which they used in all areas last year. A successful year is a direct evaluation of the employees of our company, says the head of VIAMATIKOS, A. Jadovas.

Last year, the company managed to fulfill the main shareholder’s goal of income diversification. in 2023 sales revenue outside of Via Lietuva (former directorate of Lithuanian Automobili keli) increased by 103 percent compared to 2022. and reached 2.4 million EUR turnover. The company carried out large-scale technical access tenders for strategic purposes, the project of electrification of the Lithuanian railway network from Vilnius to Klaipda, the construction of the Rail Baltica railway section, the construction of the railway bridge over the Ner at Jonava.

Independence from one customer is extremely important, especially in a constantly changing market situation. However, last year we showed that we are able to expand the range of clients and services, we do not stop improving the laboratory processes in order to meet the shortest deadlines in the market. This allowed us to further strengthen our image and the company’s financial position, says A. Jadovas.

Investment process efficiency

2024-2025 according to the prepared strategic plan for the use of real estate, the planned investments will move the laboratories to more energy-efficient premises of the new building. The area used in this way will be changed by about 60 percent. The investment will allow applying new LEAN methods, increasing process efficiency, ensuring modern workplaces and freeing up the premises of the old building, which will be rented.

After the successful year of 2023, we will not stop and will invest in the company’s efficiency and service development. The investments will also include the contract of the laboratory and the renovation of the car park, which will be benefited by our customers, who constantly encourage us to move forward, says A. Jadovas.

Another important assessment of VIAMATIKOS is the employee recommendation index, which shows that employees recommend the company as an employer and its services to their friends and colleagues.
